hahahokaay! its time for that year end thing! i always do this at the end of every year.
this year's been a mix of good and bad. and alot about discovering more about myself and stuff. i reeely wish that some stuff didnt happen? like at the start of the year and all. but its all over now so hey! thats cool (:
mmm i remember the times with the "younger" clique. used to come over to my place and everything after school during my first three months. used to go hang out near the underpass at behind block 19 all there. really was quite ya know? relax, chill and have fun kinda thing. =) really did enjoy myself.
first three months were at SRJC this year. it wasnt too bad! just that i haven met up with them in like, a long long while kinda thing? feel kinda guilty though. that i haven had the time to meet up with them and all. we just met one time this year, after first three months.
okay! so i left first three months early to go bum around and stuff. damn, i really needed the break. after all that O lvl mugging and shit. haha!
then it was getting O lvl results day! got 14 points. not superb. kinda expected better for myself? but i guess thats all right. 14 was enough to get me into CJC after minusing the 2 points that mrs raj so generously gave to me haha. thank goodness i got into CJ, met up with some really nicee people over there.
and glad my class is not like totally genuinely fucked up. i was scared it would be. but we were all having a hard time trying to catch up with the syllabus and stuff. kinda just realised that eveything really did happen for a reason.
and then! i met the lovely *clap clap drumroll please* tan si ying!! and i just wanna shout out to the whole wide world how much i lovee her =) 6 months and 20 days today! im just so so happy and delighted! <3>
then the band! the bands doing well this year i must say! we've gotten up to like 25k views in about a year plus. so i guess hey? thats not too bad right? we missed out on the baybeats auditions for 2008 but i guess thats alright. we're still kinda young and inexperienced anyways. maybe in 2009 i guess! but there are other shows in 2008, hopefully we can get them to!
really had fun playing at all the gigs. well, most of them anyway. and i promise! not to be so fucked up anymore after shows. i wasnt for the past two shows so yay me!! =)
kk. i must really really study hard and excercise hard next year. need to do well for my A's!! and of course, need to prepare for army so yes!
i dont know why but i fortell 2008 to be a really trying year for me. like ya know? trying to grow up and be mature about everything. gosh. im turning 18 next year already. do you know how fast that is? 18 January 2008. its coming so quick. im kinda apprehensive to turn 18? cause when your 17, your like still a big kid. once your 18, its like, your a small adult. dang. =(
but i guess im ready for it. guess.

alright! christmas has been an absolute blast! hope ya'll liked your cards!
midnight mass was awesome. smoke was incredible. haha =)
boon chris darly basil. dang!!anyway after midnight mass a few of us headed to chris's grandmum's house for supper. was a nice quiet gathering with not too many people. reached home at about 4 after a lift from qunty gwen and uncle tony. slept straight away.
christmas day. was supposed to wake up and serve 11.15am mass. couldnt wake up. hahaha oh well. i guess that was kinda expected huh? =) anyhow, went to aunty tresa's house for lunch. the usual annual thing. chatted awhile with martin. i really wouldnt mind becoming an air steward next time. like, can get to travel around the world and meet so many people and everything! like
wow!! but then again, i'll just see how. but its quite a career option dont you think? maybe just for about 3-5 years. then get out of it. have enough money and experience to start my own business.
anyhow. came home and met si ying and it was off to Home Club for the gig later that night. met the old gang. pretty interesting seeing everyone changed and stuff. oh well =) the gig went great anyhow. from my perspective. maybe not our best but hey! the three of us sure had fun =) and im glad that i DID have fun.
wanted to go for a movie after that with si ying but the cinemas were closed so we headed home. ate abit and watched "Taxi". the french version. had a ball of a time laughing on how we couldnt understand the english subtitles. finally decided to switch to chinese subtitles which surprisingly, we could understand better haha =) slept and much.
woke up. had lunch. watched movie. slept. and now im ready to study!! tasks...
1) read finish Handmaids Tale by Margaret Atwood
2) do my history assignment tomorrow
3) sleep by 11 or 12 tonight and wake up by 8 tomorrow to do history assignment.
4) if i get the change, i shall catch up on abit of history and econs in the next few days.
5) shall make it clear to myslef that this is just a quick read through.
yeap! i think im all set to start a whole whole brand new year! its going to be exciting much yes? dont you think? =)

gosh. these past few days have been like super hectic. no time to blog and stuff. im kinda lazy to update? i'll update properly. promise peepz. hahaha =)
in brief.. friday... i went for po's performance on friday at vjc. must say, he's good balls!! =) real proud of him man. went to meet the servers afterwards for what was to be a really fun lan session. haha these guys really are the best man.
saturday. youth mass and praise and worship session. really fun and interesting aye! haha. we played this one song, sounds super 80's! like with backup singers and everything. lotsa fun. then went out with the old clique for dinner and some pool. great catching up with them. all the memories of everyone, really cool =) aga and melinda were missing. i guess friends come and go.
SUNDAY. went for mass. blah blah blah. servers training. blah blah blah. then soccer with the mates. then went to "the dog and bone" to watch both the liverpool vs man u mathc and the arsenal vs chelsea match. was pretty fun with the mates! hahaha and yes!! ARSENAL WON MAN.

alright so i went to catch the 3rd installment of full flight yesterday. it wasnt too bad =) i think trella are quite good know? the drummer cool aye =) some sweet moves there. and they kinda harmonize quite nicely and stuff.
went out after awhile and had a nice chat with naomi about totally random stuff. left early to go to chris's chalet. it was quite fun there actually =)
there were like no girls above the age of 15? i think only 2 of them were? the rest were like what? 13 14 kind? they kinda didnt know their limits and stuff i guess. got pretty drunk pretty fast. the rest of us had quite a hard time keeping them quiet and shiet. hahah =) got to know jon wan's best friend, nikkie. and when she got drunnk it was pretty funny cause she didnt know who jon wan was? then she was telling him how "nikkie" wanted to get him an ipod for chirstmas. she was too drunk to know she was nikkie. wahhahah! zain was another one. he drunk quite abit. and he took 2 cups with no mix i think? totally lost it after that. he was like super emo and stuff? shant delve into that. chris got high pretty fast too. after like 5 cups? and yeah duh, he was sad too of course. what with all the stuff around him. oh well.
at the end, only basil chris-jen jon wan and i were left outside at the balcony. pretty retarded cause i drank the most. like 13 cups. it was damn strange cause only at the 13th cup, did i start to feel like all the cups adding together at once. they'll could see i was like slowly degrading. haha. super high/near drunk. slept at the balcony. woke up, disturbed everyone upstairs, then headed down and slep beside the door hahah =)
woke up in the morning then went to meet si ying yeap! came home, bathed and everything and went to IKEA =) ahh she lovees that place so so much. we didnt eat there cause we had my mum's fried rice at home plus the queue was pretty darn long haha. so after we were done shopping there, took a cab home and bummed. slept, ate, watched teevee. haha super slacky life.
think im going to start studying later if i cant sleep.

so alright!! went out with miss lovely today =) had an absolutely fun timee! watched golden compass. its not too bad a movie aye? hope there's a sequel to it. they cant just leave it hanging like that!!
went round to changi airport with si ying and sent her back home before heading to church. then all i did was training with the servers and then off to play lan. for awhile. and now im back home =)
visa and ramon came over last night to stay awhile. quite funny. i cant believe he thought i was "evil". hahahaha!! i shant scare people away. not nice haha.
we're becoming a little bit more well known ah? hahaha =)
it still hasnt really hit me yet that we're going to be playing with Plain Sunset. thats like really way cool man!

i think im smoking way too much. i really really want to cut down. but i cant seem to. and its bad. really bad.
after going to jude's mum's wake today, life is so fragile ya know? she's only 49. died of cancer already. lung cancer. and neither she nor any of their family members smoked. and i smoke. so i guess that puts me at a higher risk?
i know visa thinks that its best to enjoy life now and everything and even if we die young , at least we made an impact or something.
but somehow i just dont want my kids to be without their father. i cant just leave them like that right? jude's sad. even if he doesnt really show it. how the hell can you not be sad. poor guy's only 13 this year. i dont ever wana leave my kids just like that. plus, there's si ying too. i dont wana ever leave her like that. i know she wont be able to take it. and if there's the chance that i do go to heaven, [ hope so ] , i dont wanna look down and see her sad.
conclusion? im going to do my utmost best to stop smoking. most probably i'll totally cut off once the new year starts. it'll be army for me soon too. so its better i try to stay clean. i hope i can do it. i really hope so.

TODAY'S DEAFCON 6! and we're playing (: fine. i admit. i thought deafcon was a pretty bullshit thing last time when it first started out. but its definitely built up its reputation and i must say, im definitely happy to be playing this show.
deafcon 6 and our DIY collective is about the same i guess. trying to do something for the local scene. i guess after seeing deafcon progress into bigger things... its about time DIY Collective starting doing shows to. most probably in January '08 next year.
